Pollok Country park plays an important part in the lives of many communities across Glasgow. The Friends of Pollok Country hopes to enable those communities to get more involved in making a positive difference to the park.
We’re a group of park users who care about Pollok Country park. We are an informal association, with a constitution and a rapidly growing membership.
We are working on lots of different projects to improve the park, which you can read about on our website.
Why not join the group (membership is free, although can make a small donation if you wish): You aren’t committing to anything, but more members gives us a louder voice, and helps us get more done.
You can find minutes from our meetings, and details of our work parties and plans, on our news page. Our constitution, as adopted at the 2021 EGM, is available here. See also the Download link below.
If you’d like to make a one-off donation to the group, you can do so via our donations page.
We’re pleased to let you know that the new edition of the Friends of Pollok Country park newsletter is available to download here.
Here’s a date for your diary. Please come along if you can.
